The home of Thai massage in Girona
At Baan Pho we do not believe in one massage for everyone. Listening to you, understanding what you need and suggesting the right treatment is part of our philosophy.
We aim for excellence in every session: in the technique, in the feel of the studio and in the way we look after you.
Qualified therapists, trained at some of the most respected massage schools in Thailand.
Every massage adapts to what you need, with close attention before, during and after the session.
Your massage time starts when the treatment starts, not when you walk through the door.
Each massage answers a different need: easing tension, improving mobility, deepening relaxation or recovering the body after effort. Find out which one suits you.

Surprise someone with a Thai massage experience at Baan Pho. Available physically with our gift presentation, or digitally. From €50 and valid for 12 months.
See our gift cardsIf you have pain in your back, neck or shoulders, or you feel a lot of muscle tension, we will advise you on the right treatment. Everyone is different, so before we begin we will talk with you to understand what you need and adapt the massage so you get as much from it as possible.
It should not be painful. We always adapt the pressure to each person’s preference and needs. If at any point you would like it softer or firmer, just tell us. Our aim is a massage that is effective, safe and comfortable from beginning to end.
Come in your usual clothes; there is no need to bring anything special. We provide everything the treatment requires. For oil massages you will have disposable underwear, and we use towels to protect your privacy and keep you comfortable throughout the session.
It depends on what you need. If you are easing discomfort or built-up tension, many people find a massage every two to four weeks works well. If you simply want to relax and look after your wellbeing, come as often as suits your life.
A pleasant sense of relaxation and lightness is normal. In some cases, particularly after a firm-pressure massage, mild muscle tenderness can appear over the following 24 hours. We suggest drinking plenty of water and avoiding intense physical effort for the rest of the day.
If you have a fever, a contagious illness, a recent injury, a thrombosis, open wounds or any significant medical condition, it is best to check with your doctor before having a massage. If you are pregnant or have any doubt about your health, tell us when you book so we can advise you.
Booking is not compulsory, though we recommend it so you get the time that suits you best. If you drop by the studio without a booking and we have availability, we will gladly see you. You can also book easily over WhatsApp, by phone or through our online booking.
Ideally, avoid a heavy meal right before the massage. If you are hungry, have something light an hour or two before your appointment. Arriving on a very full stomach can be uncomfortable, particularly during certain positions and movements.
